In preparation for our up and coming speech competition, we began our learning with a collaborative, fun speech. We wrote and presented a short, creative speech to inform or teach our peers. The main focus was to collaborate and present as a partnership.
We learnt some new skills along the way: How to eat a pie correctly, the perfect way to eat a cupcake, how to waltz and how to convince your Grandmother that you really liked her food when perhaps you didn't truly!
It was great to see the use of props and partners supporting each other. This was a great rehearsal for our speech competition on Tuesday August 27th.
